Shikar Khanum's settlement and will, 1921
Mashhadiyah Shikar Khanum, the daughter of the late Haji Allahyar Ganjah and the wife of Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, makes a claim against her brother, Mulla Najaf, regarding her inheritance from her father and her mother, Bibi Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Mustafa. Because all of Mulla Najaf's properties have been in a state of ruin due to the unrest in Caucasus and their value has depreciated since his death, Mashhadiyah Shikar Khanum, thinking of her brother's children, has settled her claims with them: Mashhadi Musayyab Aqa, Mashhadi Haji Bayg Aqa, and Muhammad Hasan...

Settlement between Gawhar Taj Khanum and her grandson, 1926
Settlement between the daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah [Gawhar Taj Khanum] and her grandson, Ibrahim Khan (with guardianship of his father ‘Ali Akbar Khan As‘adi) over half of the Jahan Abad farm in Rigan for one hundred dinars and some wheat, the Bibi Zava’i garden in Mahdab and its water usage for one hundred dinars, and some crystal candies. After Gawhar Taj Khanum’s death, the income from these properties should be used for renumeration of prayers and fasts for fifty years, Qur’an recitations, offerings of food, and expenses for sending forty people to pilgrimage.

Will of Hajiyah Aqa, 1868
Hajiyah Aqa, daughter of Asad Allah Khan Shirazi, transfers all her properties to Khadijah Sultan Khanum, daughter of Haji Mirza Muhibb ʻAli Shirazi, provided that Khadijah Sultan Khanum sacrifice a sheep every year on ʻId-i Qurban. The second part is her will, in which she talks about the details of her funeral.

Will of Shaykh Zayn al-ʻAbidin, 1896
The will of Shaykh Zayn al-ʻAbidin, the Prayer Imam, assigning his underage son, Shaykh Mahmud, as the executor of his will. Since Shaykh Mahmud is underage, his nephews, Shaykh Husayn and Mirza Baqir, should intervene in the affairs until he grows up. The will includes Shaykh Zayn al-ʻAbidin's debts, and the designation of one-third of his properties to pay to someone to fast and pray on his behalf and on behalf of some of his family members.
